Our goal is to make sure the customer are satisfied with every purchase decision made on our website. If you would like to cancel an order at anytime please reach out to us at info@relaxaria.com within 36 hours and we will cancel the order for you.

Order Cancellation

When you order from Relaxaria your order is next in line in the fulfillment process. That is why we kindly ask you to cancel within 36 hours so that we have enough time to cancel and avoid fulfilling your order. We fulfill orders fairly quickly, so it important we are notified 36 hours after your order is placed.

If cancellation is necessary, we require that you email us advance. Products are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow to segment out between your cancelled items and other customer items we need to fulfill.

How to Cancel Your Order

Late Cancellations

A cancellation is considered late when the orders is cancelled after the 36 hour mark. At this point we can no longer cancel the order.
